HOME NEEDS

My father is 96 and on a fixed income. Since his stroke he needs 24/7 care. So I am unable to work full time. Budgets are limited. He insists on staying in his home. But his home is in need of alot of repairs. His furnace does not work properly, even after I scraped up enough money to pay a tech. The furnace goes on, reaches temp. then tries to go on again. It never shuts off. The roof needs repair, and has a hole in it. We also have a second mortage on the house so a loan would not help. We are living day by day. Where do we turn? PLEASE someone help
